Sleeve length

Get help for this one because it’s hard to do yourself. Place your hand at your waist (your elbow should be bent at a 90-degree angle). Then start at the middle of the back of your neck and measure to your shoulder, down your arm to the elbow, and then on to the wrist.

Upper arm (for males)

Measure the circumference of your arm (biceps). Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your upper arm from front to back and around to the start point.

Measure at the base of the neck.

Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement.

Shoulder length

Measure from the base of the neck at the shoulder seam position to the shoulder.

Back wight

Find the point on the back of the shoulder where the arm seems to attach to the back. Halfway between the bottom of the armhole, and the top of the shoulder, at the back of the arm, is the spot. Measure across the back from one side to the other.

Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist (sort of like a belt would) at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. Don’t suck in your stomach, or you’ll get a false measurement. If you generally wear your clothes below your waist, take that measurement as well.

Measure the circumference of the fullest part of your thigh. Wrap the tape measure around your thigh from front to back and then around to the front. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your buttocks.

Length of the product

Longsleeves, t-shirts, vests are to be measured on the back — from the base of the neck to the bottom edge.
Pants, skirts are to be measured from the waist to the desirable length on the outside of the leg. (In case of male clothes, please take a measure of inner leg length.) In case of female clothes it’s necessary to decide whether you want to wear the product on your waist or on hips.

Leg length

For this measurement, take a pair of pants that fit you well. Lay them flat and measure the inner leg length — from the top to the cuff.
